Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. The POS runs in the browser; start right away with the tablet or computer you have. Barcode scanners, receipt printers and SumUp card readers are supported but optional.
What happens if the internet drops?
The POS is cloud-based and needs a connection for active selling. Your open cart isn’t lost during short outages; you continue where you left off once you’re back online.
Do you take a commission on card payments?
No. Beyond the flat monthly fee there is no transaction commission from us; your card reader provider’s own rates apply.
Can I open an online store too?
The POS plan is deliberately sales-only. You can upgrade to an e-commerce plan or add modules from the Marketplace at any time — your products and sales history stay intact.
Can multiple cashiers use it?
Yes, the plan includes 3 cashier accounts. Each cashier’s sales are reported separately; shift openings and closings are logged.
Is there a commitment? How do I cancel?
No commitment. It’s a monthly plan; cancel with one click from the panel and keep using it until the end of the period.
