Service Agreement

This Service Agreement is concluded between INTERNIC Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi ("Provider") and the customer purchasing services ("Customer"). 1. Subject: The subject of this agreement is the provision by the Provider of the digital services (domain, hosting, software, etc.) ordered by the Customer. 2. Term and Renewal: Services are valid for the period selected at the time of ordering. Services not renewed at the end of the term may be suspended or terminated. 3. Payment: Service fees are collected in the amount and currency stated at the time of ordering. Orders without completed payment are not activated. 4. Obligations of the Parties: The Provider undertakes to deliver the service at reasonable uptime and security standards; the Customer undertakes to use the service lawfully and to provide up-to-date contact details. 5. Suspension and Termination: The service may be suspended or the agreement terminated in cases of abuse, payment default or legal obligation. 6. Disputes: The courts and enforcement offices at the Provider's place of residence have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.
